微波消解-ICP-AES法测定蒙药喀沙如中的氨基酸和微量元素

Composition Analysis of Trace Elements and Amino Acid in Mongolian Medicine——Kashara by Microwave Digestion-ICP-AES

采用微波消解-ICP-AES法和氨基酸自动分析仪对蒙药———喀沙如中的微量元素和氨基酸进行测定.结果表明,蒙药喀沙如中含有17种氨基酸和12种微量元素.其中,甘氨酸、谷氨酸、脯氨酸以及钙、镁、铝、锌、锶和铁的含量较高.

Trace elements and amino acid in Mongolian medicine --Kashara were determined by microwave digestion-ICP AES. The results indicate that the Kashara contains more than 17 kind of amino acids and many elements. The amounts of GLY, GLU, PRO and amounts of Ca, Mg, Al, Zn, Sr, Fe in Kashara is more than other.
