摘要
分析了工业缝纫机无刷直流电机控制系统的特点,并给出了主电路驱动系统桥臂开关的PWM调制策略。在分析电机制动停机期间制动力矩大小的基础上,针对高速工业平缝机快速精确的停针控制特性,介绍了一种在重叠换相中的滞后换相方法,通过对制动停机期间的换相电流进行补偿,改善了换相电流的波形,有效地抑制了电机在换向过程中的转矩脉动,提高了停针的精度。最后给出了详尽的实验结果,验证了该方法的实用性和可靠性。
The paper analyzed the characteristics of sewing machine control system and presented the pulsewidth modulation strategy for the bridge-type switch in the main circuit. The brake torque of the motor of the sewing machine was discussed. On analysis of the torque ripple caused by the PWM modes, a novel control scheme, which was composed of the commutation current compensation, was proposed for high-speed flat sewing machine to suppress the commutation torque ripples and improve the precise control of the needle position. The experimental results verified the validity and reliability of the proposed method.
