圆盘式旋流纺输送管道流场与成纱质量的关系 被引量:9

摘要 输送管道是圆盘式旋流纺设备的重要构件之一,具有输送、伸直、分离纤维的作用。设计了5种输送管道,用数值模拟的方法分析了输送管道内的流场分布,以及输送管道的流场分布与成纱质量的关系,并通过纺纱实验进行了验证。实验结果表明,通过适当减小输送管道底面和水平面的夹角,选择合适的输送管道的出口面积和进口面积比,可以改善管道中的气流分布,提高成纱质量。 The fiber conveyor is a key component of the disc swirl spinning frame. It can convey, unwind,and separate fibers. Five kinds of fiber conveyors were designed, and distributions of flow field in the fiber conveyors were analyzed by means of numerical simulation, the relations between the distributions of flow field in fiber conveyors and yarn qualities were investigated. Spinning tests were also made to validate the results. It is proved that yarn qualities can be improved by reducing the included angle between bottom surface and level, or by choosing a fit ratio of outlet area to inlet area, since the distribution of flow field in fiber conveyor is modified in this way.
