摘要
布袋注浆桩在铁路工程施工中首次应用,是一项新的软土地基加固技术。布袋可以形成排水通道,加速了土体的固结。布袋的隔离作用使得浆液体得以通过膨胀布袋达到压密土体的目的,并形成较规则的注浆体。注浆布袋桩起到加筋土体的作用,在软弱地层中,注浆布袋桩增加了土体的稳定性,在软硬互层的软土地基处理中,加固效果更加明显。结合甬台温铁路工程软基处理实例,详细介绍了布袋注浆桩的机理,以及成孔和注浆施工工艺,对推广该技术的应用具有积极意义。
Bag-Grouting-Pile is a new technique to improve soft - soil and this is the first time of its application in railway. As it compacts the soft-soil by grouting and dredges the groundwater by bag, Bag-Grouting-Pile can accelerate the consolidation and improve the foundation stabilization. Based on the case of the soft - soil improving in Yong-Tai-Wen railway engineering project, the mechanism of this new construction technology is introduced in this paper.
