摘要
介绍一种汽车制动性能检测系统的结构及工作原理,并对制动性能测试方法和测试结果进行了分析研究.结果表明,由于受到轴荷、滚筒夹角及滚筒表面附着系数等因素的影响,在反力式滚筒试验台上测得的制动力与实际的制动力有差别.这对评价汽车的制动性能有一定的影响.但能测得各车轮制动全过程(制动力随时间增长的过程)的数据,试验结果定量显示、重复性好.通过调整上述这些影响因素,可以使检测结果更接近实际情况,为故障诊断提供依据,在汽车制动性能检测中得到了广泛应用.
Structure and principle of a sort of brake testing system for automobile are introduced. Testing method and results are analyzed and studied. The analysis indicates that brake force tested on roller is a little different from that tested in field because of axial load ,roller angle and stickiness factor of roller surface, etc. This somewhat affects evaluating brake performance. Data of entire braking process t can be collected and tested. The repeatable test result is displayed quantitatively. Furthermore, test result can become more practical by adjusting impact factors. The system offers a facility for fault diagnosis and it could be widely applied in testing automobile brake performance.
