摘要
试验结果表明,采用250ppm稳定性二氧化氯溶液对于茄病镰刀菌(Fusarium.solani)的孢子杀灭率可达100%.其作用机理是:稳定性二氧化氯水溶液具有很强的氧化作用,并对霉菌孢子的细胞壁有较高的吸附和透过能力,使菌体细胞内的蛋白质发生氧化还原反应,代谢功能受干扰,从而导致霉菌孢子的死亡.
The result of this experiment showed that the spore of the Fusarium.solani were killed completely while to be tread with 250ppm of the stabilility chlorine dioxide for 30min. The mechanism was proved up that it was the great oxidation of the chlorine dioxide solution and the ClO2 high ability of absorption and permeation to cell wall that cause the oxidation-deoxidation reaction of fungi protein,disturbs the function of metabolismand finally and leading to the death of mold spore,
