DI材性能及制罐工艺对两片罐拱底抗失稳性能的影响

摘要 拱底失稳压力是两片罐的一项重要性能指标,通常标准要求拱底失稳压力需达到90psi以上。研究DI材性能及制罐工艺对于拱底抗失稳能力的影响,有助于提高两片罐拱底抗失稳能力。通过试验,研究了拱底深度、DI材厚度以及制罐过程中的热处理对于拱底失稳压力的影响规律,采用有限元模拟,分析了两片罐的拱底成形和拱底失稳过程,并分析DI材屈服强度对拱底失稳压力的影响。结果表明,拱底失稳压力随DI材屈服强度及拱底深度的增大而增大,随DI材厚度的减薄而下降,清洗烘干和涂层烘干后,拱底失稳压力有所提高。 The dome reverse pressure is an important property of two-piece can, which should be not less than 90psi according to the standard. It is necessary to analyze the influence of mechanical property and the can-making process on the dome reverse pres sure of two piece can so as to improve it. The influence of the dome depth and DI tinplate thickness and heating treatment of during the can-making process on the dome reverse pressure of two piece steel can were investigated by the can making testing on the pilot line. And also by FEM of dome forming and dome reverse process, the influence of yield strength of DI tinplate on the dome reverse pressure were analyzed. It shows that the dome reverse pressure increases with raise of the yield strength of DI tinplate and the dome depth and decreases with the reduction of tinplate thickness. The washer and coating heating process is helpful for the increase of the dome reverse pressure.
