摘要
在Gleeble-1500热模拟实验机上对20MnSiV钢进行不同变形温度、变形速率、变形程度的压缩变形,得到该钢种与这3个因素有关的高温轧过程中的变形抗力数学模型,同时采用双道次压缩实验,绘制了该钢种的连续冷却转变曲线。实验结果为制订合理可行的20MnSiV钢控轧和控冷生产工艺提供了根据。
Mathematical model of deformational resistance of 20MnSiV was gotten through compression deformation in different deformation temperature, velocity and degree in the thermal simulation machine of Gleeble 1500. At the same time continuous cooling transformation curve of 20MnSiV was plotted through double compression deformation. The CCT curve can provide evi- dence for arranging appropriate production technology of controlling rolling and controlling cooling.
