An Analysis on Triadimefon and Isofenphos Methyl in the Same Condition by Gas chromatography

采用长１ｍ，内径２ｍｍ，内装５％ＯＶ－１０７／ＧａｓＣｈｒｏｍＱＡＷＤＭＣＳ（１５０～１８０目）的玻璃柱，以氢火焰离子化检测器，在相同色谱条件下，对三唑酮和甲基异柳磷进行了定量分析，其标准偏差和变异系数分别为０．０１４、０．００８和０．３３％、０．７７％，回收率分别为１００．２％～１０１．８％和９８．７％～１０１．３％

A method was described for the determination of triadimefon and isofenphosmethyl by gas chromatography with FID on 5% OV-107/Gas Chrom Q AW DMCS(150～180m)glassic colum.Dibutyl o phthalate was adopted as the internal standard.The standard deviation was 0.014,0.008 cespectively;and the coefficient of variation was 0.33% and 0.77% respectively.The average recovery was 101.0%and 100% respectively
