摘要
系统介绍林间松毛虫质型多角体病毒增殖技术。内容包括增殖用病毒的提取方法，增殖林分的选择、增殖虫龄的确定，感染方法和感病虫的回收时间。
In this paper,the techniques on multipling CPV in the forest area were introducedin a systematic way.The contents as follows:The method of drawing virus which used toproliferate,selecting the stand which used to proliferate,detennining the stadium of pine cat-epoillars used to proliferate virus,infecting method and recovery time of larva.
