和谐社会中的高校稳定具有主体性、公共性、动态性和生态性的特征,这就决定了新时期要维护和实现高校稳定,就必须坚持“以人为本”,加强思想政治教育,加强高校改革,并建设良性的高校自然生态、高校经济生态、高校制度生态以及高校文化生态等。

This article suggests that to maintain stablility in higher educational institutions in the new period, we should first of all insist on “putting people first”, and then we should reinforce the ideological education, enhance the reform, and establish a favorable environment in terms of nature, economy, system and culture.
