随着网络的普及,广大市民有效获取和利用数字信息资源的需要越来越大,高校图书馆应与公共图书馆及其他相关机构整合资源,通力合作,建立起具有丰富数字信息资源的、检索利用方便的信息资源服务体系,为地方的信息化建设服务。

With the popularity of the network, people＇s demands of effectively accessing and utihsing digital information keep growing. To meet the demands and to serve the construction of local informationization, libraries in colleges and universities should restructure the resources with public libraries and other related institutions to cooperatively establish a service system with rich digital information resources and easy accessibility.
