In this paper, the importance of the optimization technique of guaranty resources for runway rush-repairs in wartime is analyzed. The rush-repair time, effectiveness and expenses are also analyzed, with a set of new and practical optimization techniques of guaranty resources established, which is of great importance in making decisions for airport rush repairs.
