492Q发动机液化石油气供给系统的试验研究

摘要 介绍了汽车液化石油气燃料供给系统及其主要部件的结构和工作原理,并采用对比的方法,进行了发动机台架性能试验、整车道路试验和怠速污染物测定。试验结果表明:应用液化石油气供给系统后,台架试验发动机的最大功率和最大扭矩略有降低;经济性好,汽车行驶每百公里可节约燃料费用44.9%;CO 的排放量可降低87.7%。HC 可降低25%。同时指出,该系统还存在冬季低温冷车启动困难的问题。 In this paper,the LPG fuel system of automobile,the constitution and working principle of main parts were discussed in detail.According to the result of the engine performance bench test and the road test of whole vehicle and the test of exhaust fumes in idle state,using comparing test method,the maximum power and torque of the engine reduced slightly in the bench test state,which the result was similar to the result of accelerated performance test in the road test. But this system excellent property was its good economic efficiency.The saving fuel fee of per 100 km was 44.9%,and the quantity of refuse reduced in 87.7% for CO,25% for HC.The system could solve the difficult problem of low temperature starting the automobile in winter.
