在调查研究的基础上,对东北地区屋面渗漏的原因进行了详细的分析。并从开展质量教育、整章建制、整顿建筑市场、改进设计方法、加强防水材料的研制、强化施工管理等方面提出了防水工程质量、减少屋面渗漏的对策措施。

The seepage in roofs is a common quality problem in architechural engineering in Northeast China.The causes for seepage were analyzed based on investigation.The strategies and measures for improving the quality of waterproof contruction and controlling the seepage of roofs were put forward.
