摘要
为观察芎葛汤治疗血管性头痛的临床疗效,142例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别用芎葛汤和盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗20d。3个月后评价疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率为94.4%,对照组为87.3%(P<0.05);治疗组的中医证侯积分和脑血流速度均比对照组积分和脑血流速度改善明显(P<0.05)。提示芎葛汤治疗血管性头痛疗效确切。
To observe the clinical effects of ＂Xionggc Decoction＂ in the treatment of vascular headache, 142 subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 71 cases were treated by ＂Xiongge Decoction＂ and control group in which 71 cases were treated by Flunarizine,with a course of 20 days. Results：The total effective rate was 94.4% in treatment group and 87.3% in control group,P〈 0.05;the scores and cerebral blood velocity were improved more significantly in treatment group than in control group（P〈0.05）.
