摘要
分析了丽水地区林区国有森工企业经营现状。揭示了当前面临的主要挑战──可伐资源减少、市场竞争激烈、企业负担沉重、经济危困、严重缺乏经营与管理人才，提出了今后的发展方向与对策：①适应形势，实现战略转移；②深化改革，搞活经营机制；③创造条件，积极培育市场；④培育资源，扩大基地建设；⑤狠抓教育，提高职工素质；⑥用好政策，争取加强领导。
Current situation of state.Forestry industry enterprise management in Lishuiforest area of zhejiang demonstrated some problems namely reduction of forestresource,heated market competition etc.Development way and countermeasures onthis basis were proposed.
