摘要
目的研究山西省、市、县三级结核病防治系统的人力资源状况,为进一步改善山西省人力资源配备情况,提高专业人员培训工作的质量和技能掌握水平提供客观依据。方法于2005年7月15—30日,采用问卷调查法,对所有参与结核病工作的专业人员全部进行调查。用Excel和spss13.0对收集的调查表进行分类统计和相关指标分析。结果山西省各级结核病防治人员数量、素质不均衡,基层人员的接受培训率低,不同工作岗位技能掌握程度不同。结论在基层结核病防治机构中,高层次人员尤其匮乏,增加结核病防治人员数量,提高现有专职人员的业务知识和工作能力已迫在眉睫,势在必行。
Objective To investigate the situation of human resources in tuberculosis prevention and control sys:tem at regions,disrricts and counties in Shanxi province, therefore it will give further clue for improving, the equipment situation of human resources, and providing objective evidence for carrying out the training program. Methods According to the questionnaire of the situation and training requirement for tuberculosis prevention and control professionals in china, which was made by china CDC and the situation in shanxi province,we made the questionnaire of situation and training requirement of tuberculosis prevention and control in shanxi province, The questionnaires were handed in to all tuberculosis prevention and comrol professionals at every levels in Shanxi in July 15th 2005,and they were finally took back in July 30th 2005. The results were analyzed with Excel and SPSS 13.0. Results The number and quality of professionals for TB prevention and control was imbalance at different basic level in Shanxi province, The rraining ratio of basic level professional was particularly low. Conclusion Professionals of higher levels are urgently needed in basic TB control institution. It's time to increase the number of TB control professionals and raise the professional knowledge and work ability.
