摘要
为提高烟叶打叶复烤质量控制精度,尝试应用SPC(统计过程控制)技术从整个过程来评价、提高打叶复烤过程的加工能力。通过运用SPC技术的统计方法、控制图,提高过程能力水平,实现从结果控制向过程控制、从人工控制向自动控制的转变,起到稳定提高片烟产品质量的作用。
In order to improve the precision of quality control, SPC was applied in process of threshing and redrying to evaluate and improve the working capacity. By applying in statistical methods of SPC and control chart, the process capability levels were improved, the transformation from result control and manual control to process control and automatic control are preliminarily achieved which improve the production quality of slice tobacco.
