氨基酸复合制剂改善生长发育的动物实验研究

摘要 目的:研究氨基酸复合制剂对仔鼠生长发育的影响。方法:采用雄性SD仔鼠每天经口给予氨基酸复合制剂,剂量分别为0、250、5001、000 mg/kg体重,并于第1天、第14天、第28天、第42天测量大鼠的体重、身长,计算每周食物利用率和总食物利用率,结果:与对照组相比,氨基酸复合制剂各剂量组大鼠在体重、身长和食物利用率等生长发育指标差异有显著性,结论:氨基酸复合制剂具有促进仔鼠生长发育作用。 Objective: To explore the effects of the amino acid complex preparation onto the gr, owth and development of the offspring rats. Methods: The amino acid complex preparation was ad ministered (ig) by oral daily with four different doses (0, 250, 500, 1000 mg/kg b. wt) to male SD offspring rats. Body weight and body length were measured respectively at the 1st, the 14th, the 28th and the 42nd days, usage rate of food for every week and total usage rate of food were calculated. Result: It was shown that indicators of growth and development include body weight, body length and usage rate of food existed significant differences between amino acid complex preparation groups and control group. Conclusion: It indicated that amino acid eomplex preparation did have the effect of promoting the growth and development of the offspring rats.
