摘要
制备了二氧化硅凝胶包覆十二醇的微囊。囊壁材料是正硅酸乙酯水解、聚合生成的二氧化硅凝胶;囊芯材料是作为相变储能材料的十二醇,其相变点为24℃。微囊的储能密度为116.5J/g,包覆量为53.74%(wt),平均颗粒大小为8.26μm,适用于相变调温纤维。并对十二醇微囊的形成机理进行了初步探讨。
Microcapsules composed of silica gel shell and lauryl alcohol core were prepared from emulsion system. The silica gel shell was produced through hydrolysis and polymerization of tetraethyl silicate (TEOS). Lauryl alcohol was chosen as core materials of microcapsules because of its appropriate melting point (24℃) and high latent heat (216. 8J/g). The average size of microcapsules was 8. 26/μm and energy density was 116.5J/g. Then mechanism of microcapsules formation was discussed.
