摘要
以尿素、三聚氰胺为原料合成氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐。考察了分散剂的选取以及原料配比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对目的产物纯度和收率的影响,确定了适宜的反应条件:分散剂A的分散效果最好,用量为三聚氰胺重量的219/6;尿素和三聚氰胺的摩尔比为3:0.85;固化反应温度为280-300℃,时间为60~70min;水解反应温度100-105℃,时间10h。在该条件下,产品纯度为99.6%,收率为94.7%。
Synthesis of melamine cyanurate acid as flame-retardant lubricant was reported with urea and melamine as raw materials, The effects of dispersant, molecular ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time on the reaction purity and yield were studied.
