摘要
通过溶液法,使用正硅酸乙酯,成功的制备了碳化硅掺杂聚酰亚胺纳米复合薄膜。当SiC的含量达到2%(wt,下同)时,整个复合体系的拉伸强度达到了最大,相对于聚酰亚胺母体,复合材料的拉伸强度提高了7%。热性能结果表明,随着SiC含量的增加,Td10也随着提高,当SiC的含量达到10%时,Td10的温度上升了22℃。热膨胀系数结果表明,SiC的引入可以有效的改善其热稳定性。
A series of SiC doped polyimide nano-composite film have been successfully prepared via the solution process with the help of TEOS. Compared to the virgin PI, the introduction of 2% (w t)SiC leds to an increase of 7 % in tensile strength. The introduction of the SiC led to an increase in the temperatures at 10% weight loss (Td10), it showed a 22℃ increase in Td10 when only 10%(wt) of SiC was added. The coefficient of linear thermal expansion showed that the introduction of SiC have efficiently decreased.
