间苯二胺/己二胺/联苯二酐三元缩合聚合及表征 被引量:2

摘要 用1,6-己二胺、间苯二胺、联苯四羧酸二酐为基本原料,通过改变1,6-己二胺和间苯二胺的不同物质的量的比例,在低温下进行缩聚反应合成一系列脂肪-芳香族聚酰亚胺。并用红外光谱表征其结构,用示差扫描量热法(DSC)和热失重(TG)研究聚酰亚胺的热稳定性,用电子万能材料试验机测其力学性能。结果表明:所得到的聚合物不仅具有较好的热稳定性和力学性能,同时也易于加工。 A series of aliphatic-aromatic polyimides were synthesized. These polyimides were prepared by polycondensation of 1,6-diaminohexane,m-phenyldiamine with biphenyl tetrcarboxylic dianhydride (BPDA) at low temperature. Various ratios of 1,6-diaminohexane to m-phenylenediamine were discussed. The structure of product was characterized by IR The thermal stabilities were investigated by DSC and TG. The mechanical properties were measured by the omnipotent material of electron experiment machine. The results showed that the thermal stabilities and mechanical properties of product were excellent and the processihility was perfect.
