摘要
以AlCl3为原料,用金属醇盐水解法制备纳米α—Al2O3粉体。采用TEM、X-射线衍射技术分别对所得产品性能进行表征。实验结果表明,所得到的氧化铝为纳米级粉体。X-射线衍射实验证明,产品为α相,用透射电子显微镜(TEM)测得粉体粒径为10~35nm,平均粒度为25nm,颗粒形状呈球形,粒子分散均匀。
Nanometer α-Al2O3 powders were prepared by the hydrolysis of metal alkoxides method with AlCl3 as raw material. The product was identified by TEM, XRD respectively. The experiment results showed that the product was nanometer aluminum oxide. XRD analysis showed that the powders were α-phase, and TEM measurement showed that the particles were 10-35nm in size,and the average was 25nm The particles shapes were spherical and their distribution was symmetrical.
