摘要
采用氢氧化锌浆体抗菌材料—抗菌涂料一体化制备技术,能缩短工序,不排放废物,节约能耗,降低成本。氢氧化锌浆体加入量和粉磨时间对涂料的基本性能有影响,合适的加入量折算的锌含量为1%,粉磨时间为40min;氢氧化锌粉体和氧化锌粉体对涂料基本性能没有影响;锌型抗菌涂料有明显的抗菌效果,氢氧化锌浆体型涂料比氢氧化锌和氧化锌粉体型涂料抗菌性能更好。
By use all-in-one preparation technique of zinc hydroxide slurry antibiosis material and dope,can shortened the working procedure, no waste be letted, economized the energy consumption and depresed the cost. The quantity of zinc hydroxide slurry and pulverizing time influenced basic performance of dope, the suitable quantity of zinc hydroxide slurry which convert to zinc was 1%and pulverizing time was 40min; zinc hydroxide powder and zinc oxide powder do not influence basic performance of dope; zinc antibiosis dope hade nakedness antibiosis effect, zinc hydroxide slurry was better than zinc hydroxide powder and zinc oxide powder.
