含氟丙烯酸酯乳液水溶性聚合物复配用于纸张表面施胶的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以全氟辛酸、乙醇胺、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯为主要原料,合成了N-羟乙基全氟辛酰胺丙烯酸酯单体。然后在水溶液中以十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠和OP-10为乳化剂,在叔丁基过氧化氢的引发作用下与其它烯类单体共聚得到含氟丙烯酸酯乳液。将其与氧化淀粉、聚乙烯醇复配对纸张进行表面施胶,讨论了复配体系中不同质量配比对纸张施胶度的影响,并通过正交实验确定了复配体系的最佳质量配比为含氟丙烯酸酯乳液∶氧化淀粉∶聚乙烯醇为55∶25∶4。实验发现,纸张的抗水性随着施胶量的增加而增强;但到达一定值后,再提高施胶量抗水性不再变化,而抗油性随着施胶量的增加而一直增加。 The preparation of fluoroacrylate emulsion copolymer was discussed in the paper. N-hydroethyl perfluorooctamide acrylate was the comonomer synthesized from perfluorooctanoic acid, ethanolamine, 2,4-methylbenzene diisocyanate, methacrylic acid-β-hydroethylate" The emulsion based on fluoroacrylate and other vinyl monomers was prepared via emulsion polymerization in the presence of tert-butyl hydroperoxide(TBHF)as water soluble initiator, sodium lauryl biphenyl ether disulfonate and OP-10 was the emulsifier. Then mixed it with oxidized starch and polyvinyl alcohol to size the paper surface. The influence of composition proportion on the sizing degree has been investigated, and the opimal quality proportion of the composition were: co(fluoroacrylate) :co(oxidized starch) ω (polyvinyl alcohol)= 55 ' 25 4. Characterization of fluoroacrylate emulsion was confirmed with IR spectrum. The result showed that fluoroacrylate emulsion was a high effective surface sizing agent.
