摘要
基于中型轿车上的齿轮轴式电动助力转向系统,建立了该系统的三自由度动态模型,依据系统的动态结构图,设计了动态补偿器,并进行了实验验证.加入补偿器后,转矩信号的抗扰动能力提高了67%,系统的暂态性能和稳态性能满足了实际使用要求,同时也明显减小了系统的振荡.所设计的动态补偿控制器对转向传感器的工程设计有指导意义.
A pinion-type electric power steering (EPS) equipped on a sedan is analyzed. A three-freedom dynamic model of EPS system is created. According to equivalent dynamic structure diagram, a dynamic compensator is designed. The disturbance reject capability of torque signal is improved by 67 percent using this dynam ie compensator. The transient performance and stationary performance meet the request of actual system. At the same time, the vibration of this system is reduced distinctly. The designed dynamic compensator is helpful for engineering design of steering sensor.
