Research and Implementation of Integrated Infrastructure of I_2 CERS

摘要 应急联动系统(coaltion emergency response system,CERS)是大型时空信息应用动态集成系统.CERS需要动态实时集成不同业务的已有或新建应急服务系统,目前的集成大都专注于技术层面的互联互通.本文提出了基于XML(extensible markup language)、web service、ontology等技术的集成框架I^2CERS(integrated infrastructure of CERS),它包括集成总线及adapter service、元数据库及集成协调器与供二次开发的API(application programming.in- terface)及Web service工具集,实现了数据互操作、软件互操作与语义互操作.数据交换格式与通讯协议均用XML定义;所有应用通过SOAP(simple object access protocol)协议实现互操作.进行了I^2CERS的初步实现,结果表明,此集成框架实现了大规模信息及服务的动态集成,能保护已有投资,并能集成网上丰富的商业web service,是一个开放的可扩充的框架. Integrated infrastructure of coalition emergency response system( I^2 CERS) is being widely used to integrate a variety of spatial databases, systems and business processes. In this paper, I^2CERS is proposed based on mainstream information technologies such as extensible markup language (XML), web service, and ontology. I^2CERS consists of integrating bus, adapter services, metadata database, I^2CERS mediator, and I^2CERS Toolkit, and I^2CERS Toolkit is composed of a series of application programming interface (API) and web services. Integrating bus is a group of domain-oriented encoding standards and communication protocols ; adapter service encapsulations are recommended as a good solution to integrate existing applications or systems into "I^2CERS"; metadata database is the key unit of "I^2CERS'', which manages all data and services and shields the heterogeneity and distribution of spatial data and spatial services; I^2CERS mediator is positioned to manage metadata and update spatial data online; the terms used in metadata are defined in ontology web law guage( OWL), which is an information bank description language; all data and protocols are encoded in XML; one web service can operate other web services using simple object access protocol (SOAP). Then, the implement ation of I^2CERS is discussed and a case study of I^2CERS service based on I^2CERS is introduced.
