肝癌高危人群二级预防依从性影响因素分析

Ananlysis influence factors on of second prevention in patients with liver cancer high risk

目的对上海市某区肝癌高危患者进行二级预防依从性效果评价及二级预防影响因素进行分析。方法对205名肝癌二级预防监测队列人群进行依从性问卷调查。结果监测队列完全依从者84人,不完全依从68人,不依从53人。调查结果显示,是否定期做复查、是否有医务人员督促检查对肝癌高危人群二级预防依从性有较大影响,其OR值分别为19.62,17.78。结论遵医行为、患者对疾病的认知水平、家属对患者的支持是肝癌高危人群二级预防的重要影响因素,由于在该区实行了医保制度,医疗花费和居民收入对高危人群二级预防依从性无显著影响。

Objective To evaluate the second prevention compliance effect of liver cancer high risk patients in some district Shanghai and to analyze second prevention influence factors. Methods 205 patiants in cohort of cancer second prevention monitoring were investigated with questionnaires. Results 84 persons were compliance liver cancer high risk patients, 68 persons were semi-compliance liver cancer high risk patients, 53 persons were un-compliance liver cancer high risk patients in monitoring cohort. Investigation and analysis showed ＂counterchecking in scheduled time＂ and＂ doctor supervising patients countexrcheck＂had much influence on liver cancer prevention, the OR value of which was 19.62 and 17.18 each. Conclusion ＂Abiding by doctor＂, ＂patients＇ perceiving lever＂ and＂the sustain of patients family number＂were the important influence factors. Owning to medicine insurance being carrying out in shanghai, the medicine cost and inhabitant income have no significant influence on second prevention of liver cancer.
