摘要
开发了基于具有高速数字信号处理功能的单片机DSP56F807的采集系统,设计了利用USB传输功能的内燃机压力采集系统硬件,编制了数据采集、USB驱动、PC机显示程序。利用DSP的模数转换和输入捕捉功能完成数据采集,通过USB实现了高速数据传输。在发动机试验台架上完成了试验验证,解决了抗干扰问题,保证了采集系统的稳定性与可靠性。通过对示功图的分析证明了此高速采集系统采集压力的准确性。
A data acquisition system was developed based on the DSP56F807 SCM, which could dispose the digital signals in high speed. The hardware of in-cylinder pressure data acquisition system was designed with the function of USBtransmission. The software was edited to realize data acquisition, communication and display. The data acquisition was achieved by the analog-to-digital converter and the input capture function of DSP, and the high speed data transmission was the test bench, the anti jamming problems was settled, guaranteed. The analyse of the indicator diagram testified realized by the USB. Experiments were carried out on and stability and reliability of the collection system were the veracity of the power acquisition of this system.
