辨证治疗便秘型肠易激综合征45例

Syndrome Differentiation of Intestine Irritable Syndrome with Constipation Type,a Report of 45 Cases

目的:观察中药治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的疗效。方法:辨证分5型论治肠易激综合征45例,并设普瑞博思或吗丁啉治疗20例为对照组,两组均7天1疗程,连用4个疗程。结果:治疗组治愈31例,显效6例,有效8例,无效0例,总有效率100%。对照组治愈5例,显效5例,有效3例,无效7例,总有效率为65%。两组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:中药分型论治便秘型肠易激综合征疗效肯定,疗程较短。

To observe the effect of TCM on intestine irritable syndrome （IIS） with constipation type. Methods： Forty-five cases of IIS were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation,and twenty cases were treated with Prepulsid or Domperidone for control. Four treatment courses were applied in the two groups. Result： In the treatment group, 31 cases were cured, 6 cases were excellence, 8 cases were effective, none was ineffective and the total effective rate was 100%. In the control group, 5 cases were cured, 5 cases were excellence, 3 cases were effective, 7 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 65%. The difference between the two groups were significant （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion ：The significant effect of TCM on IIS with constipation type was evident and the treatment period was short.
