Hydrolysis of Chitin to Prepare Glucosamine Hydrochloride via Gradient Temperature-elevating Method

摘要 将自制甲壳素以一定的原料配比在特定浓度盐酸溶液中及不同温度下反应,制得D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐(GAH),并讨论了盐酸浓度和反应温度等条件对产率的影响。结果表明,用8mol/L盐酸采取梯度升温(不超过80℃)的方法、且总体反应时间不超过7h时,GAH产率提高至67%,且基本避免了“焦化”现象。 Based on self-made chitin in hydrochloric acid with certain concentration, D-glucosamine hydrochloride (GAH) was prepared with different raw materials at different temperatures. The concentration of hydrochloric acid and reaction temperature influencing on yields were discussed. The results showed that when the concentration of hydrochloric acid was 8 mol/L, through the gradient temperature-elevating method to keep the reaction temperature below 80℃ and the total duration of hydrolysis was below or equal to 7h, the yield of the glucosamine hydrochloride was up to 67%. The formation of tarry matter in hydrolysate was basically avoided.
