摘要
针对宁波市城市化快速发展所带来的流域下垫面条件的显著变化,建立了甬江流域水文模型,对流域设计洪水分析计算,包括流域设计暴雨、产汇流、水库调蓄、洪潮组合、河网汇流等计算。对宁波现状和规划城市防洪工程的防洪能力进行评估,并提出了相应的对策建议。为保护宁波市的防洪安全,促进宁波市城市防洪能力的提高提供了科学依据。
In view of the obvious changes of the undersurface properties caused by rapid urbanization in Ningbo city, Yongjiang river basin hydrological model is established to analyze and calculate the design flood. The model includes design storm calculation, runoff formation and flow concentration, reservoir storage, flood and tide combination, river network concentration and so on. The existing and the planned flood defense capabilities of urban flood control projects of Ningbo are evaluated and corresponding strategies and advice are put forward, which can provide scientific basis for improving the urban flood defense capacity and the flood defense safety in Ningbo.
