摘要
针对由飓风引起的软母线改进半高型配电装置的地短路放电事故,分析了在超出规程规范组合条件的极端气象条件下软导线引下线风偏情况,并计算了该类装置引下线在极端气象条件下的风偏角,对事故成因进行了解释,最后提出了现有工程和新建工程的改进措施。
In view of the short circuit accident of the improved half-high switchgear caused by hurricanes, the paper analyses the wind deflection situation of flexible conductors in the extreme weather conditions which exceed the combined condition in technical standard, and calculates the wind deflection angles of the down lead lines in the extreme conditions. It also explains the causes of accidents. Finally it puts forward improving measures of existing and new projects.
