摘要
介绍了江苏华能南京电厂由前苏联引进的2台320MW燃煤发电机组1000t/h超临界直流锅炉配置的2台РВП-10.2型空气预热器(简称空预器)密封系统的结构特点,分析了空预器漏风原因,采用接触式密封技术对密封系统进行了改造,改造后在机组带基本负荷时空预器的漏风率降到了8%的水平,取得了较好的效果。
The sealing structure,design characteristics of the two PB∏-10.2 rotary air preheaters which installed on the 1000 t/h supercritical unit once-through boiler of Huaneng Nanjing Power Plant are introduced,and the cause of air leakage problem is studied. To control air leakage ,the sealing system was retrofitted by using contacted sealing technique. It proved to make a good effect,the air leakage rating is reduced to 8% when the unit taking base power load.
