摘要
中国企业强化社会责任既是应对国际竞争、融入国际市场的需要,也是提高竞争力和发展质量的需要。建立了企业社会责任动因-战略-绩效模型,构建了企业社会责任层次结构,认为企业社会责任的履行具有发展性,并指出中国企业应从企业家精神、制度建设和观念建设这3个方面推进社会责任建设。
Strengthening corporate social responsibility in China is the need to compete and integrate with the international market, as well as the need to improve the competence and development quality. This paper establishes the motivation - strategy - performance model of CSR and formulates the hierarchical structure of CSR. It points out that the implementation of corporate social responsibility has expansibility, and corporate social responsibility in China should be built from entrepreneurship, system construction and idea construction.
