摘要
测定不同产地红枣中VC的含量。利用2,4-二硝基苯肼比色法测定陕北各红枣主产区红枣中VC的含量。结果:每100g红枣中,VC含量在2.64mg￣69.7mg之间,含量差别较大。结论:佳县、清涧、米脂枣果VC含量较高,横山、神木枣果VC含量较低。
The content of ascorhie acid in Chinese dates from different habitats in the north of Shaanxi province was researched by 2,4-Dinitrophenylhydrazine spectrophotometry. The results show that the difference of content of Vc from different habtaits is obvious,and range from 2.64 mg-69.7 mg/100 g dehydration dates.The contents of Vc in Chinese dates plented in Yulin QingjianJiaxian,Mizhi are far higher than those plented in Shenmu,Henshan.
