摘要
甘薯是一种极富营养和保健价值、加工利用途径又很广泛的农产品。概述了我国甘薯加工业的发展现状,指出了我国甘薯加工在原料、加工技术、贮藏、产业等方面存在的一些问题,并就此提出了几点建议。
Sweet potato is a kind of agricultural product which is rich in nutrition and health-promoting function, it also has a wide application range for processing. In this paper, we summarized the current status of the development of sweet potato processing in China, and found some problems of the raw material, storage and processing technologies. According to these problems exist, we putted forward some suggestions as well.
