豆饼粉和玉米浆粉浓度对桑黄胞外多糖产量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 运用响应面分析法优化桑黄液体发酵培养基中豆饼粉和玉米浆粉浓度。回归分析表明,培养基中豆饼粉、玉米浆粉的含量及其配比对多糖产量有显著影响。通过岭脊分析寻优得出:豆饼粉浓度为16.5g/L、玉米浆粉浓度为3.5g/L时,胞外粗多糖产量最高达3.31g/L。 Response surface methodology was conducted to determine the optimal concentrations of soybean cake and corn steep powder of the liquid culture medium on Phellinus linteus for crude exopolysaccharides yieht.Regression analysis showed that the contents and the proportion of soybean cake and corn steep powder in the medium influenced crude exopolysaccharides yield significantly. Through ridge analysis, the crude exopolysaccharides yield could reach 3.31 g/L when the concentrations of soybean cake and corn steep powder were 16.5 g/L and 3.5 g/L, respectively.
