摘要
实现基于制度而不是协商结果的、真正意义上的学历教育与职业培训相互沟通,实现高水平的双证书管理和实施双证书课程,需要制定课程开发的技术标准,在职业活动、学习内容、教学设计、教学实施以及职业资格鉴定之间建立畅通、和谐的关系。该技术标准应能对课程开发各个环节的工作方式和质量控制过程进行规范,标准的制定要实现方法论的转折,并具有一定的开放性。
In order toachleve mutual communication of degree education with professional training based on system structure, high level management of dual-certificate and the implementation of dual-certificate curriculum, the technique standard for curriculum development need to be developed to build smooth and harmonious relationship among professional activity, learning content, teaching design, implementation of teaching and the identification of professional qualification.
