当代中国社区教育问题与政策建议

Problems and Policy Suggestions of Community Education in Contemporary China

当前我国社区教育在理论研究、实践推动、目标定位、经费投入、资源整合、法规建设等方面存在诸多问题。解决上述问题,必须确立能力本位的社区教育功能观,建立就业导向的运行机制,构建公益性社区教育系统,形成多元互动办学模式,强化学术性和科学性,建立高效政策法规体系。

Nowadays, there exist many problems in theoretic research, practice driving, objective orientation, financial investment, resource integration, legislation construction in community education in China. To solve these problems, the competency-based function view of community education must be established, employment-oriented operational mechanism should be built, commonweal community education system should be constructed, pluralistic and interplaying school-running model should be formed, the technicality and seientificity should be strengthened, effective policy and legistation system should be constituted.
