摘要
中等职业教育产教结合人才培养模式体现了职业教育的本质特征,符合我国经济社会、中等职业教育及产业发展的需要,是中等职业教育基本的人才培养模式,对培养高素质劳动者和中等技能专门人才起到重要的作用。这种培养模式目前呈现多元化、紧密化、区域化、国际化等趋势。
The talent cultivation model of combination of production with teaching in secondary vocational education embody the intrinsic characteristics of vocational education, adapt to the demand of the development of economy, society and secondary vocational education in China, which is the basic talent cultivation model in seeondary vocational education, and play important role in cultivating high - quality workers and skilled talents. presently, this kind of talent cultivation model manliest the trends of plurality, tightness, region - orientation and internationalization.
