Discussion on Innovative Teaching of Foreign Language

目前我国高校的外语教学不同程度地存在观念陈旧、内容偏颇、方法单一、手段落后等问题,在效果方面突出表现在学生外语综合素质不高,听、读、说、写的应用能力失衡。要改变这一现状,必须在教学观念、教学模式、教学手段、教学内容、教学考核等方面有所创新。

Nowadays, there exist many problems in the teaching of foreign language in higher education institutions, such as the dated view, deflected content, simplex method and lagged measures, and the effect embody in that the comprehensive qualities of students＇ foreign language is low, and the unbalance of application abilities of listening, reading, speaking and writing. To improve the situation, teaching view, teaching model, teaching measures, teaching content and the evaluation must be innovated.
