摘要
大学生是德育主体,不是灌输客体。加强大学生道德主体能力建设,发掘受教育者的主动性、积极性和创造性是增强德育实效的关键。高校德育应确立学生主体地位,优化学生道德接受机制,坚持教育与自我教育相统一的原则,使学生成为学习和发展的自觉主人。
Undergraduate is the subject of moral education rather than indoctrinatior objects. Strengthening the construction of morality subjective ability, and tapping the initiative, positivity and innovation of students are the key of enhancing the moral education effect. Moral education in higher education institution should establish the subjective status of students, optimize students' morality receptive mechanism, persist in the principle of unification of outside education with self-education, etc.
