By a potassium dichromate oxidic spetrophotometric method the concentration of paracetamol in compound paracetamol injection was determined. The result showed that this method was rapid and accurate and can be easily applied in hospital pharmacies and in the quality control of can be semi-finished product in pharmaceutical factories.
