焦虑自评量表对医学硕士研究生的测量结果及因素分析 被引量:45

A STUDY ON ANXIETY STATUS AND INFLUENCE FACTORS OF MEDICAL POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS WITH SELF-RATING ANXIETY SCALE

摘要 目的:探讨在校医学研究生心理焦虑现状及社会、经济、文化等因素对其的影响作用。方法:利用焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)对在校医学研究生进行现况调查,调查方式采用自评调查。结果:应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对161名医学硕士研究生的测试结果显示,医学硕士研究生焦虑自评平均分为33.43分,其中男生为32.60分,女性为34.22分,男女之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。影响因素分析显示,影响医学硕士研究生焦虑的因素较多,如家庭和睦、上网状况、父母学历、恋爱次数等均与学生焦虑有关。结论:虽然医学研究生具有较丰富的医学知识,但仍然存在着较多的心理等问题,有关部门应针对不同的问题加以教育、引导和加强心理咨询。 Objective: To identify psychological anxiety of medical postgraduate students who are staying in college, and to understand the effect of social, economical and cultural factors on these issues. Methods: Self- rating anxiety scale (SAS) was used in the cross - sectional study on medical postgraduate students who were staying in college. The questionnaire was rated by these students. Results: The mean score of anxiety scale SAS in the medical postgraduate students was 33.43. That of male was 32.60 and that of female was 34.22. However there was no significant difference between the male and the female (P〉0.05). The harmony of the family, using the Intemet, the educational background of the parents and times of falling in love were related to anxiety of master students. Conclusion: Medical postgraduate students have a lot of medical knowledge, however, there are too much psychological issue in them. It is necessary for relevant departments to strengthen education, explaining and consult for these students.
