程序Ⅷ试验方法燃油国产化研究

RESEARCH ON USING HOMEMADE FUEL OIL FOR SEQUENCE Ⅷ TEST METHOD INSTEAD OF STANDARD FUEL OIL

论述了在国内程序Ⅷ台架上,用专门调制的国产燃油替代ASTM D 6709-04方法中的标准燃油,按标准方法中的试验条件进行试验。结果表明:用TMC 1006-2参考油标定,满足标机要求;3种试验油的重复性和再现性结果满足精密度要求。研究表明以国产油替代标准燃油是可行的。

On the domestic Sequence Ⅷtest stand, the experiment was carried out with specially- made domestic fuel oil instead of the standard fuel oil under the conditions from ASTM D 6709 - 04 test method. The result of calibrating test with TMC 1006 - 2 reference oil showed that the homemade fuel oil can reach the requirements of engine and stand. Furthermore, the repeatability and reproducibility with three different quality grade oils can meet the precision requests of ASTM D 6709 - 04 standard method. The study indicated that it is feasible to replace standard fuel oil with homemade fuel oil.
