摘要
本文利用光镜和电镜技术,对口服 VE 和白术小鼠肾脏结构(包括肾小体数量,大小,硬化肾小体比例,肾小囊腔宽,滤过屏障基膜厚度及足细胞裂孔隙宽)进行了计量研究,比较 VE 和白术延缓小鼠肾脏衰老的作用。形态计量结果表明,白术比 VE 抗衰老作用明显。
The renal structures,including the number and size of renal corpuscle,the ratio of hardening corpuscles,the size of renal kapsule,the slit pore width of posocyte and the thickness of the glomerular basement membrane were studied by morphometry under light microscope and elec- tronmicroscope.The delayed effects of vitamin E and baizhu on renal senility were compared.The morphometry results showed that the delayed effect of baizhu on senility was more significant than that of vitamin E.
