摘要
应用微波辅助方法合成了高亮度的CdHgTe纳米粒子,实验结果表明,方法具有反应速度快、所需时间短以及合成的纳米粒子量子收率高等优点。此外还将CdHgTe纳米粒子用作Cu2+荧光探针,取得了较好的结果。
CdHg/Te nanocrystal was successfully synthesized by microwave irradiation. Through this method, not only reaction time is greatly reduced, but also its quantum yield is enhanced to a large extent. In addition, CdHgTe is used as fluorescent probe for copper ion, and the results indicate that CdHgTe shows high sensitivity to Cu^2+ .
